There was an initial phone interview checking availability and past experience with retail/customer service; a following in-person interview was set up but this was actually more of a tour of the workplace.
Efficent and informative. provided the overall expectation of the job and what they expect from you. allowed you to choose from different times. instore assessment showed you more of what to expect from the job.
The interview was a very easy process, it was done through a phone interview first than an in person interview asking questions about myself and why should they pick me.
