It was like two members in panel they started asking with self introduction and some other scenerio based questions like hardest sitaution delt with , trust values,how work prioritise Can you tell us about your previous administrative experience? How do you manage competing priorities and deadlines? How would you handle confidential or sensitive information? Can you give an example of a time you dealt with a difficult patient or colleague? What strategies do you use to stay organized? How do you handle high volumes of work? Describe your experience with data entry and database systems. How do you ensure accuracy in your work? What would you do if you received an unclear request from a senior staff member?

Relaxed and on time, wanted some examples with answers, neuro friendly as happy to share questions beforehand, got back to me after with feedback. Only one interview not lots of rounds.
