Easy, they give you 30 minutes alone with some questions, so you can write notes, and then they only ask you the questions on that sheet. After the interview they gave an in depth tour of the laboratory and described all of the machines and what they do. Finally all the questions I asked were answered in a very clear manner.

Panel Interview
Usually 2–4 interviewers (managers, clinicians, HR staff).
They ask competency-based questions (e.g., “Tell us about a time when…”) using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result).
They may test technical knowledge relevant to your role.
Scenario / Situational Judgment Questions
Hypothetical work-based situations (e.g., handling conflicts, prioritising tasks, and ethical dilemmas).
They want to see your decision-making, professionalism, and patient-centred thinking
