Submitted a CV and cover letter on the Nike website. after a few weeks heard back with an email inviting me for the online video interview. This was about 30 minute long asking mostly behavioral questions but also some more specific ones on Nike's UK market.
It was easy and simple they didn’t ask too many questions but was more generic and typical for an interview. Wasn’t too difficult and was straight forward. Nothing out of the ordinary.
The recruiters were responsive and prompt throughout the communication. The conversations were authentic and transparent as well. Interviewers were friendly but professional. All things considered, it was a smooth process overall.
