asked basic questions regarding teamwork, problem solving situation questions, and scenario questions. they asked for 3 strengths and 2 weaknesses as well. dress casually as they don’t care too much about what you wear. research the company before hand and prepare

Very easy and to the point. Asked basic questions and was straightforward. We sat outside near the store and it was not stressful. Asked about availability and how I was with coworkers and customers.

It was not too formal since the job position was just working in retail. I wore pants and a nice shirt and had an interview in the store in the back office area.
Straight forward and easy - it was a group interview that involved group exercise surrounded on Nike ethics & culture. All in all, the experience was enjoyable and I loved working for the company - many great perks.
