There were no hard skill tests, just 5 different interviews with leaders from cross functional teams. The interviews did have you walk through some product management use cases, but simple stuff.

Have you ever used the STAR method in reporting and can you walk through it?
I had 5 interviews over the course of 2 weeks. Almost all of the questions were behavioral tell me about a time when you did x or z. They were all related to nikes core principals. I heard back and was given an offer and negotiated salary and pay with HR.

Average and good to learn questions. Questions was answerable and easy to answer. No. Need much preparation to attend and answer. Good for those who like to learn for of a working life adult
