Started with a phon interview after they review your application within a couple weeks.
Then a Unit manager interview & meeting a peer on that unit. Then there is a job offer call where you can ask more questions, negotiate pay, and know the requirements about onboarding.

The interview was with an HR representative and a nursing director who took turns asking questions. They asked for customer service scenarios from previous jobs and some minor healthcare questions.

Easy and made sense for the position. Just describe your experiences in past positions. Nothing out of the ordinary. Interviewer was VERY easy to talk to. I’m excited for the second round of interviews as the 1st was over the phone
