I went through four rounds of interviews (8 hours of time, including prep) only to be ghosted, and then sent a form email when I followed up. Interviews: Recruiter, a Sr. Exec, an Engineer, and a self-proclaimed support leader. The recruiter was pretty straightforward and promised to keep me prepared for any future conversations, but she did not. Sr. Exec was kind, and I had a nice conversation with her. The third interview was with an Engineer and a "support leader". The Engineer was nice, and the conversation flowed well.
