Pretty easy conversation, nice people, relaxed interview. Lots of opportunity for the right individuals, you need to be proactive seeking what you want to do. If you want a mentor program this is the place, if you are proactive and like working with new teams its great!

The overall interview process consisted of 3 different interviews. The first interview was a phone screening, the second one was video interview to get to know more about you, and the third one was a technical interview. The first two interviews were fine, however, the last one was very, poorly conducted. They asked me one question about my accounting knowledge, but even the interviewer didn't even seem to know the answer to the question. She was very disorganized and disgruntled in a way from the bad day she was having. The interview was maybe 15 minutes which isn't nearly enough time to ask questions and determine my competency for the position. I already had my reservations about the company prior to making it to the final stage of interviews, but my experience with interviewing with them really reaffirmed why I'm glad it didn't work out.
