1. Written test : Aptitude + Technical(Java/C++, Database, SQL) , No negative marking is there. For around 45 question usually 23 to 28 is the cut of marks. Once you have cleared you will be called for
2. Technical Interview(JAVA, DATABASE, SQL mainly) , Firm knowledge in Java based web application is something that increases chance of craking the interview significantly. After that you will be called for
3. HR. Here usually they do not reject people unless someone have done something really foolish.
