First Interview (1hr) for basic CV alignment to the role/grade and organisational fit
Second Interview (2hrs) which was a CV deep dive, with a presentation and case study with interviewers, to verify suitability for the role
Third Interview (less formal) to resolve any issues required to agree and accept the role and the offer (two-way process and discussion)
