The interview was fairly straight forward with standard interview questions. Previous AmeriCorps experience is a big plus. It was a good opportunity to show case experience while connecting with the interviewers. There were 2 interviewers who asked me about my education, background, and experience. They were eager to meet with fresh college graduates but there were more experienced workers in our corps as well.
