The entire interview process was very streamlined and easy to go through. After being shortlisted, they called for a short written exam. The exam contained 20 MCQs relating to intermediate concepts of excel and industry knowledge. It also contained 6 written business problem questions and solutions/assumptions regarding them were asked. The questions were intriguing and rightfully tested the candidates, Depending on the result of the test, an interview was held where questions regarding the job, future prospect, past experiences and ability to learn were asked. It was really a nice and comforting experience. The final interview was with upper management and it featured a similar situation with academic knowledge related questions. The final board was thorough and took their time for the assessment. Both board was very professional, cordial and comforting to be in. The entire process was a pleasant experience.
