I applied online. The first interview was more like getting to know me, my experience, and my professional goals. However, the first round of interview lasted more than 90 minutes and there were more than 5 people interviewing me at the same time. It looked like the position that I applied was for CEO position. In addition, there were some questions in the interview that I felt uncomfortable and not relevant to the role that I applied to. Then, I was ghosted. About 3 months later, they contacted me for a second interview and offered me a different position that I wasn't quite interested, but I tried to give it a shot! A few days later, I had to take a technical exam that was very long for an entry level position. After taking the exam, they ghosted me again.
