The last time I can remember not understand directions is from the age of 7. My dad told me not to hurt the dog. I didn't, but the dog sure as heck hurt me, and now I have permanent scars around my right arm to prove it. At the time, I didn't understand why my dad told me not to hurt the dog, but as soon as the dog hurt me, my dad shot it, and at the time, I was confused.
