Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you had a poor experience. It can be frustrating when you're not offered a position and we wish you the best of luck with your job search. In our interviews, we take the time to go over basic job questions to get a feel for your skills and experience; these are in no way intended to make you feel tricked and we're sorry if they made you feel caught off guard or less skilled. I'm not sure what the ratings you're referring to are, but again, we hope you find a job that makes you feel like a 10/10.
