The interview process consisted of a recruiter screen, take-home assessment, live coding, system design, and a final hiring manager interview. The recruiter was responsive and professional throughout the process. What disappointed me was the experience after completing the full interview loop. Throughout the process I received positive feedback, but the final rejection only mentioned that they were looking for "stronger evidence of depth and readiness" without any specific or actionable examples. I reached out asking for more detailed feedback, but never received a response. After investing significant time in five interview rounds, I expected more meaningful feedback from the team.

Colloquio
Narvar scenario based question in Golang, interview was for 2 hours (1h coding, 1h review).
Panelist (Senior with 5+ in the company, had no idea of what they were doing in the company) didn't have any patience, tried to squeeze 1h interview within 40 minutes, had rigid answers in mind, gave no choice to discuss the solution, expected over engineering for simple problems.
Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 3 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Narvar (Vancouver, BC) nel mese di ott 2024
Colloquio
The overall interview process was well-organized and structured. It started with a conversation with a tech recruiter, followed by an interview with the hiring manager, then a technical loop consisting of three interviews, and finally, a cultural fit assessment.

Domanda 1
The coding interview consisted of two LeetCode-style questions, starting with an easy one and progressing to a medium-difficulty question. The 30-minute time frame was sufficient to complete both problems.
