Phone Call from HR. He was going over roles and responsibilities stuff like reading a policy document for 10 minutes. Then he asked me about 5 handbook questions but he admitted that he has no idea of those. LOL.
No reply after that. I know this company for quite sometime and they discriminate candidates based on some factors I cannot tell here. I read other Glassdoor interview experiences and they felt the same.

This review is for the technical interview portion. Two members of the team did the technical interview that lasted an hour for part 1. I was pretty nervous when it comes to live coding so I made some mistakes. When it came to one of the SQL questions I got stuck on, the interviewers weren't even able to answer it. I was supposed to have a part 2 interview with just one of the 2 members after a 1 hour break, but they never showed up. I e-mailed the recruiters who set up the interview after waiting 45 minutes for the other person to show up, and the recruiters weren't sure why either. After a week of no response from the recruiters, I sent a follow-up e-mail on whether maybe there was a scheduling mistake for the part 2 interview, and 5 minutes later I got the automated "Thank you for applying" e-mail. The people I interviewed with and spoke to during this process before the technical interview were great and I was so excited about this opportunity, however the technical interviewers and the way I was ghosted for the part 2 and then had to reach out for a status update (automated rejection e-mail) made this a negative experience.

Initial phone call with the recruiter. The interview process was seemless, first was a coding round, followed by an interview with the Product Manager and a final technical round with senior software dev to see if I understand the domain they were hiring for.
