It was somewhat easy. I interviewed with the owner, his oldest son and their cousin who was in charge of the installation crew. They asked me some questions about my professional background, my hobbies and interest. They told me all that they had to offer, and where they were going, then they asked if this was something I wanted to be apart of. I took the job and I was working the next day. For this company you have to be aggressive and show that you are really interested in the position by calling and physically going to there location and being personable.
