My experience with National CORE was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. During the hiring process, I was verbally informed by the Regional Manager that I would be receiving a job offer. I took that statement as a serious commitment and, based on those assurances, notified other employers that I was no longer available for consideration. Like many job seekers, I relied on the information provided by the company’s leadership and made professional decisions accordingly. Unfortunately, after that conversation, communication quickly deteriorated. Calls went unanswered, email responses were minimal and vague, and there was little transparency regarding the status of the position. More than a week later, after repeated attempts to obtain clarification, I received a rejection email instead of the offer I had been led to expect. This reversal negatively impacted my professional situation and created unnecessary uncertainty. I would advise other candidates to proceed cautiously and ensure that any employment offer from National CORE is provided formally and in writing before making decisions that could affect other career opportunities.

The process went quickly but welcoming also I had two interviews but after the second was given an offer letter the next day. I came to the job fair and the company paints a great picture of what they are looking for as well as what would make you want to be apart of the team as well. Great process and was even able to meet the VP the day of my second interview which was amazing most companies don't allow you to meet the VP's and owners.
