The interview was conducted in groups where we had team exercises and scenarios to discuss. There were an English and maths exam which was relatively straight forward - on passing this, there was then an interview with two of the managers in the department.

Applied online. Couple of weeks later invited to group interview at Birmingham branch. group interview consisted of 12 individuals split into two groups and took turns to conduct group interviews whilst one group waited which almost took the whole day. Group activity was just to see how well we worked as a team. Once group activity was conducted everyone had a one to one with two managers who each asked some baisic questions.
