Standard competency based interview followed by a writing test. Quite niche subject matter. There was a definite feeling that the place has a certain way of doing things and that the interviewers are looking for candidates who will fit that mould. Interviewers seemed quite buttoned up and straight laced, which I can only assume reflects the general ethos of the organisation. Their internal tone would seem to be quite dry and detail heavy, not very modern or engaging. This organisation and I would not have been a good fit, and we all knew it.
