Following the interview, I did not receive any communication regarding the outcome. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to the interviewers, I was unable to get a response. Eventually, I contacted the hiring manager, who informed me that the decision was based on my need for sponsorship. However, I was never asked to confirm my visa status during the process. Furthermore, no recruiter contacted me prior to the interview to clarify any such requirements. As I am based in Boston, I took an Uber for the two-hour round trip to the Northborough office, which cost me $140. While I respect the decision made, I believe there was a lack of clarity throughout the process, and I wanted to share this feedback in the hope it improves the experience for future candidates.
