The interview process was very professional and easy instructions to follow. Interview was broken in 3 stages. first stage was about previous employment and my current skills. Second part was a small task of identifying and how to minimize risks on a building site and third stage was a series of competency based questions.

A intial phone conversation with hiring manager going through competencies for the job. An Assessment day with 3 role play exercises and a one to one interview. All centred around construction site activities.
