First, an online psychometric test. Second, an online call with HR. Third (and final), an assessment day comprising a group exercise, interview, and technical discussion.
I waited for 2 months to receive information were told we'd receive in 2 weeks. The feedback given on the call was very superficial. They had said I was a strong candidate and gave good interviews but fell short at the group assessment. The information given was contradictory, stating I showed natural leadership but did not follow through on my ideas. I did in fact follow through on my ideas but gave room for others to be express their ideas.
Generally deeply unhelpful feedback and inconsiderate behaviour.

Phone interview - they asked one competency based question and they asked some questions about the role. They also asked about NPL as an organisation - what they do etc. 20 minutes long.

Initial application screening process, followed by a psychometric test which is done online, then a telephone interview that roughly lasts around 30 minutes, and lastly a day at the assessment centre.
