Someone in the office calls you and speaks about your teaching record for approximately 50 minutes. They discuss your ability and interest in teaching science outdoors, as well as management of younger children/students.

I sent in the application filled out online, and then received an email to schedule an interview. Had a 30 minute phone interview and was hired during the call.
