Online resume and intial survey leading to an online simulation interview with a phone portion before being contacted for an in person interview. I was not given a choice of available times for the interview just told when my interview is. Despite arriving early and prepared, the interview began 30 minutes LATE, with a series of generic route questions. The branch assistant manager and another indivdual interviewed me, they seemed slightly interested in my answers asking follow up questions while scribbing notes.

The hiring process started with two online assessments, followed by a phone screening interview from one of the recruiters (The gap between these two events was almost a month). After completing those, I moved to an in-person interview with a panel of two people. The interviewers asked behavioral questions, taking detailed notes throughout the session. They mentioned that the timeline for a decision might "take too long". However, it has now been over a month since my interview without any further communication. Despite my portal status still showing as 'Interviewing,' I haven't received a call or email update. While the initial stages were well-organized, the lack of follow-through after the in-person stage is kind of worrisome.
