I received an interview request through the staffing agency they were working with. The interview process was awesome. They took me on a tour of all the parts of the new building, walked me through the call center I'd be working in, and then I went into an interview with 2 people - an HR manager and a call center manager. The questions were tough but unique and well thought out. I was offered the position by that evening, however it was right before the holidays and I wanted to start after the first of the year so I did not accept the position. Everyone I met there was friendly, helpful, and really seemed to love where they work.
