I have completed three rounds of interviews for the role: two with mid- and senior-level managers, and one peer interview. The majority of the questions focused on my experience as a training manager, my approach to working with people, and how I manage projects.
The peer interview stood out as particularly unique. Many of the questions were creative and open-ended—such as "If you could time travel..." or "If you were to give a gift..." These are the types of questions we often hear about, but I wasn’t sure how I would respond in the moment. I have to say, it turned out to be one of the most engaging and enjoyable interview experiences I have had. The conversation felt genuine, and I was able to be completely myself throughout.
Everyone I spoke with came well-prepared, asked thoughtful and relevant questions, and offered transparent insights into their current work and challenges. I especially appreciated the creativity and originality brought into the peer interview. You can tell that the team collaborates well and has a strong sense of cohesion.
