Neal was very awkward and unfriendly. He scoffed at my salary demands-- which is what the going rate is unless you want to do slave labor. He was more interested in getting the inside scoop on previous places I worked at then interviewing me about the job. Very unprofessional and creepy.

The interview was very awkward. The worst part was when I asked the interviewer about the glassdoor reviews about the studio. He said that they are accurate, and that Neal is not an easy person to work for, but that I would get used to his not so great leadership style with time.
