I applied for Need Supply online. I set up my interview via email. I met in person at their office and waited in the lobby, the office was not very inviting. The interview was scheduled for 30 minutes and was very awkward. The girl interviewing asked scattered questions and was not very personable. She didn’t offer any insight into the company or the role. She seemed inconvenienced she had to interview.
