I think the Hiring Managers are lazy, they keep asking you for your availability and preferred time for an initial interview but they won't call you on that day or the time you gave them, instead they will call you the next two days and different times. They keep calling then they'll stop so they can mark you as an uncontacted applicant. Won't submit again an application on their company.
