Multistage, Multi-member interview. Some via phone, some panel, some in person. Process took about 45 days. I met with the head of sales, the COO, CFO, and President. Also had a 360 panel of support and admin staff. Three advance phone screens were done. I was flown to Teaneck and spent about 6 hours in the office. This was on a Thursday or Friday. I was advised that I would have an offer on Monday - and they were true to their word.
