Another wasting of time. For those whose looking for growth or learn new things, forget this company. They only hire you if you are 200 % fit for the role. Forget about candidate potential, they don't see that, they just concern what you do now much match 100%. This is ridiculous as every position might have different scope, plus most of the time the job description and requirement doesnt say much. During interview as well, there is this AH guy, who kept on cutting my answer, and asking me to answer in one or two words, that's very rude. Often take early conclusion based on my answers, even sometimes he cut my answers and answer by himself. Dude, if you are trying to get the person hate you, then you have done a good job. People need to show some respect to candidate, just because they worked in Swiss doesn't mean they are better than anyone. I got feedback that tells me I am not senior enough, well the job description only mentioned about having 3 solution deployment, it doesn't say the solutions had to as big as Nestle scale!! This is definitely not a people oriented company, so don't wasted your time.
