The recruitment process was actually very fast, in my case. Hours after I sent my resume, I was already called in for an interview. My first interview was a panel interview with the supervisor and department head. My final interview was with the HR manager. The interviewers were super nice, and most of the questions are the usual ones i.e. past leadership experiences, extracurricular activities, etc.
