first stage is application screening,
then is phone interview they ask you why you are applying for this position,
online test; numerical and etc,
1:1 with hr,
panel interview with hr and some of your future managers,
assessment center with presentation and teamwork.
Few stages to the interview (personality test, video interview, group assessment and a panelist interview right after, final interview]. The group assessment is the most challenging as this is the stage where most people get eliminated.

30 min Group interview , have to discuss a business case study with other interviewees, after the discussion have to present to the interviewer. They very focus on the leadership skills

It was a nice session and the interviewer was very welcoming and made the vibes more relaxing than intimidating. Also helping us to be more spesific to our answer. Overall so many thing I’ve learned from that session
