No assessment, Received a call from HR team for an Interview. The interviewers were the Production Manager and HR executive. Then, after a week, another interview session with the factory manager. Finally, they announce that I have been selected for this position

The interview process separated into two stages, group discussion and panel interview. Only few candidate who passed the group discussion assessment will be selected to the face to face panel interview.
