I interviewed for an entry level UX position that was looking for 0-2 years experience based on the job listing. I waited a month for the interview and when the recruiter called me she asked if I had experience and then pretty much hung up after I told her that I had a degree and an internship.

They asked me to interview them. The interviewer said it was something new they were trying. Very nice person, but it did take me off guard so I was not my best.
