I thought overall the Netskope interview and recruitment process was great. Interview were typcially scheduled promptly, and the ability to sign into the portal and check on my status as a candidate and reference any instructions was great. I also appreciated that there were not endless rounds here and that the panel interview was more focus on understanding my capabilities around a theoretical presentation/technology and understanding me as an candidate not just checking boxes and doing busy work. Feedback was relatively quick always provided within 1-3 days and everyone I spoke to including the interviewers were very clearly both talented and considerate which seems to be another positive reflection of the culture they have built over time.
