Very structured, and I truly enjoyed my conversations at every stage. The time from application to first contact was 60 days, but once engaged, it proceeded fairly quickly. The process was four interviews, recruiting, HM, peer, and then panel presentation. They gave me very solid guidance, so I was not particularly stressed.
