I went through 3 interview rounds, meeting the HR director and senior HRBP, only to learn that I was being used for interview practice so they can get ready to interview other candidates. The last interview with the senior HRBP, she didn't even try to hide the fact that I was being used for practice where I was asked 10 questions back to back soley for the purpose of trying to figure out if these questions were suitable for other candidates. What a complete joke of a company and waste of time.
