Applied online through a spontaneous application and shortly after received a screening phone call. After discussing my background, we arranged a follow up call for later that week. In the follow up, we discussed more my tech stack, experiences and expectations of where I wanted to work. Following this, I took a coding challenge in a language of my choice. This covered a good breadth of topics and was timed at a max of 2 hours. All of the employees I spoke to were really nice, and seemed like the genuinely wanted to help find me a job - I wasn't just another application to get through with them. I'd highly recommend them to any graduate seeking employment within tech (in Göteborg).

Starts off with an interview by phone, then a Teams interview with the recruiter, and lastly an in person interview with the client. Between the phone interview and the Teams interview you are also asked to take a programming test. If you fail the test, the Teams interview gets canceled.
