I applied via the school website. I heard back within a week to schedule a Skype interview with the Academic Director. I was told at the end of that interview that I would be contact to schedule a Skype with the new Curriculum Director who was the outgoing English Teacher. The school sounded like a great place to work. I got the feeling it was the type of place where you could make a big difference in the future of the school (and in the future of the students) if you were willing to go the extra mile. They were looking for someone willing to make a two year commitment, as they would be paying relocation expenses.
