Recruiter contacts you to setup an interview. You are then interviewed by a department manger, which can last anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. Mine went for an hour and a half. I knew I was getting a second interview before the end of the first. I also left knowing that I would be offered the position. The recruiter then contacts you to inform you if you are selected for a second interview. You then are interviewed by the department head. If selected for the position, the recruiter calls you again and sets up the background check, fingerprints and urine screen.
