Went through two 1 hour interviews. Not overly complicated and was communicated with well throughout the process. They do care about your knowledge of the company prior to interviewing so focus on characteristics of NY Life.

applied online 2 interviews, all behavior, one with hr and one with the team. Overall its a easy interview process. I didn't get a offer but the whole process took around 2 months.
Easy process, phone call with recruiter and then director. Behavioral and a few technical questions about experience with softwares. Overall nothing tricky and prepared a little. Didnt hear back for some time and had to follow up a couple of times.
