I applied online. I had a screening call with an HR recruiter. Quite a bad experience. The Recruiter was late and did not call at the agreed upon time, so I sent an email to ask if it was still a good time. They called almost immediately after I sent the email. I answered some basic questions, and then they stopped me to lecture me on how to respond to interviewed questions. They then told me they would pass along a positive assessment of me to the Hiring Manager and even asked me to send along times for the next round of interviews. Never heard from them again, and got the automated rejection email about a month later. Do your job!
