First interview was about 10 mins, second was an hour. It's mostly about getting to know each other and what goal you have and what is important to you. After that they give you some materials about the position and see if you want an additional interview to move along with the process. I have not finished the interview process past this.

Very informative interview process. Explained clearly the training process, goals of the job, and compensation structure (which is rather complicated!). Helped to understand what was needed and tools available to succeed.

The entire hiring process took about three weeks and involved five rounds: an initial telephonic screening, an HR round, a one-hour technical interview, a discussion with the Managing Partner, and finally, a follow-up interview with the Hiring Manager
