3 step interview. 1 with recruiter 2 with partner who just explains how they work and a 3rd where an offer is presented. Keep in mind this is a commission only position. Offer is just for training time but you have to pay for your licensing and training so you basically net zero

There are 3 interviews. The first one is a straight forward interview going through your resume. The second interview is more like an explaination of what will you be doing on a daily basis. The third interview you will be asked to do an assignment in a form of survey.
