Unfortunately this was entry level recruiting for an entry level position that wasn’t very eye catching. The process was smooth though. If you are a new grad or going to be a new grad, this can be a position for you.

It was great. The hiring manager was very transparent and made the process make sense. Feels like a very fast pace self starter job, that's exactly what I am lookin for.

Interview was with the managing partner. 2 of interviews with the same person. If you have a pulse they will hire you. Just be your self and smile. Other than that when you pass your exams they sponsor it.

Zoom meeting with other people narrowed down to the next process. Then zoom with hiring. Went through the process of learning about insurance sales and the company itself. They discussed previous experience in an unrelated field.
