Once that passes, you have a virtual onsite that includes system design, code review/feature implementation on simple front end page, 2 behavioral interviews Good communication throughout, and everyone was nice. They also provided feedback thru a call. Said that the values on collaboration didnt align. Sounds like they really care about collaboration when they do the behavioral interview
